施工技术 2014年6月下 50 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第12期 D0I:10.7672/gjs2014120050 仙居抽水蓄能电站高土石围堰施工技术 徐泽,吴栋 (武警水电第二总队第五支队,江苏常州213135) [摘要]仙居抽水蓄能电站下水库围堰为土石复式结构,最大堰高41.3m 填筑量约62万m3 为目前国内抽水蓄能 电站最高的土石围堰.针对该围堰填筑量大、工期短、外界干扰多等特点,在常规围堰施工技术的基础上,研究并 优化了施工工序,通过科学统筹、合理安排,解决了围堰道路难布置、填筑与防渗体交叉施工、安全防护难度大等易 带来安全隐患和易造成质量缺陷的问题,使围堰提前5d完成,且防渗效果良好,运行正常,取得了较好的经济效益 和社会效益. [关键词]抽水蓄能电站;围堰;防渗墙;土工膜 [中图分类号]TV551 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2014)12-0050-04 Cofferdam Construction of Xianju Pumped-storage Power Station Xu Ze Wu Dong No.5 Detachment of No.2 Hydropower Force of Armed Police Changzhou Jiangsu 213135 China) Abstract:The cofferdam of the lower reservoir of Xianju Pumped-storage Power Station is earth-rock pound structure.The maximum height is 41.3m and the pouring amount is 620 thousand m2.It is the highest earth-rock pound cofferdam of pumped-storage power station in China.For the characteristics of large pouring quantities short construction period and more circumstance disturbance based on the ordinary cofferdam construction the cofferdam construction sequence is optimized.Through the scientific management and reasonable arrangement a series of safe hidden danger and quality defects are solved including cofferdam road difficult to layout filling and leakage cross construction safe protection difficult. The cofferdam construction period is reduced about 5d the anti-seepage effect is very well and the economic benefit and social benefit is obtained.
