2016年11月上 施工技术 第45卷第21期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 85 D0I:10.7672/5gj52016210085 压型钢板蒙皮体抗剪试验研究与有限元分析 薛刚1,王琪皓,朱华龙2,边海龙2 (1.内蒙古科技大学建筑与土木工程学院,内蒙古包头014010;2.包头正林钢构彩板有限公司, 内蒙古包头014000) [摘要]结合工程中的常规做法,对采用自攻螺钉连接的蒙皮体进行抗剪试验研究.通过对各组试件破坏现象的 分析,探讨自攻螺钉间距、板厚、德条数量对蒙皮体抗剪强度的影响.同时,采用ANSYS进行仿真模拟分析,与试 验进行对比验证.对比研究结果表明,ANSYS可用于蒙皮体的受力分析,在实际工程中可通过改变连接件间距、板 厚和檩条数量来提高蒙皮体抗剪强度. Bian Hailong (1.College of Architecture and Ciril Engineering Inner Mongolia Unirersity of Science and Technology Baotou Inner Mongolia 014010 China;2.Baotou Zhenglin Steel Structure Plates Co.Ltd.Baotou Inner Mongolia 014000 China) Abstract:Combined with mon practices in project this paper conducts shear test study on skin diaphragm which adopts tapping screw for connecting.Through analysis of test damage phenomena the authors explore the skin diaphragm shear strength which is affected by tapping screw separation distance thickness of plating the number of purlins.Meanwhile this paper uses ANSYS to conduct analogue simulation analysis and experiment for parison validation.The parative study results show that ANSYS can be used for skin diaphragm stress analysis.In the actual project skin diaphragm shear strength can be improved by changing adapting piece spacing thickness of plating the number of purlins.
