2015年8月上 施工技术 第44卷第15期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 17 D0I:10.7672/8js2015150017 新郑国际机场T2航站楼大跨度蛋壳形鱼鳞面 吊顶新技术 马学辉,黄挡玉,王亚桥,徐泽伟,谢亚辉 (中建三局集团有限公司工程总承包公司,湖北武汉430070) [摘要]新郑国际机场2航站楼主楼屋面为蛋壳形双曲面网架结构,主楼区域室内为大跨度高大空间可翻转式鱼 鳞面大吊顶,以自身对角线为轴沿屋面进行转动以满足室内自然采光的要求,绿色节能环保,形式新颖,为国内首 创.吊顶系统曲面造型复杂,面积大、施工难度高,旋转单元有7°~38°共28种角度.通过设计方案优化、三维模 拟以及严格的测量计算,采用螺栓栓接工艺,通过专业定制翻转轴调节角度以达到鱼鳞面观感效果,整套系统结构 牢固,抗震、抗风及安装、拆卸方便,能适应网架屋面变形,较大地缩短施工工期,降低工程成本.
