2015年8月上 施工技术 第44卷第15期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 11 D0I:10.7672/8js2015150011 新郑国际机场T2航站楼高密度大直径梁钢筋绑扎 整体升降施工技术 贺红星,王亚桥,黄挡玉,王兴龙,谢亚辉 (中建三局集团有限公司工程总承包公司,湖北武汉430070) [摘要]郑州新郑国际机场T2航站楼与下穿城际铁路交叉区段有14条混凝土转换大梁,梁长54m 最大截面 1800mmx5000mm.为满足施工进度和质量需要,介绍了一种高密度大直径钢筋整体吊装体系设计和施工方法, 在已提升槽钢地梁面绑扎钢筋,下部留设箍筋安装空间,达到先绑扎主筋,后绑扎箍筋,最后再绑扎腰筋的目的,钢 筋成型后通过联排手拉葫芦整体逐步下放就位.整个升降体系受力合理,简化施工工序,提高施工效率,钢筋定位 质量高,混凝土成型美观,各项指标均满足规范要求.
