[关键词]钢结构;屈曲约束支撑;超厚板;拼装;模拟;焊接 [中图分类号]TU393.3 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2015)17-0009-04 Making Technology of Porous Coaxial and Special-shaped Component with Great Bearing Capacity and Extra-thick Plate for Wuhan International Expo Center Hu Zongyou Lu Tong Ma Caiwang Peng Jing Wuhan Construction Engineering Co.Lid.Wuhan Hubei 430023 China) Abstract:Starry Club of Intercontinental Hotel of Wuhan international Expo Center is super long-span and heavy ellipsoid steel corridor structure.The ponents which are the steel-reinforced supports for corridor's buckling-restrained brace with great bearing capacity are special-shaped.Most of the parts in the ponents are super thick plate with Q390B-Z15 low alloy and high strength steel.Three pieces of connecting ear plate on the pin shaft hole must be porous and coaxial.The authors study on key making technology of the plex ponents.Engineering practice shows that:the difficult problems were solved by the slotting method of wing plate the simulation method for ponent assembly and the welding technology for super thick plate.The making quality of ponents is guaranteed.
