施工技术 2014年7月下 140 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第14期 D0I:10.7672/5gjs2014140140 武汉市国博中心洲际酒店星空会所钢结构 连体整体提升技术* 潘从建，梁存之，张强，冯大斌1，陆通2 (1.建研（北京）结构工程有限公司，北京100013；2.武汉建工股份有限公司，湖北武汉430023) [摘要]根据武汉市国博中心洲际酒店星空会所与主体结构的位置关系、连接特点等提出“低空拼装、整体提升、高 空合龙”的总体施工方案.针对连体结构构成复杂、出平面刚度大、偏心严重、各提升点提升力差异大等难点，通过 对结构拼装及提升全过程的仿真分析，掌握力学性能及薄弱区域，为提升前的局部加强提供依据；结合对结构出平 面刚度的分析结果，提出整体提升过程控制方式.对整体提升的关键部位如提升架、关键节点等进行专项设计，并 充分运用结构出平面刚度大的特点进行提升架的安全性试验，以确保结构整体提升过程中的安全性.在理论分析 的基础上，施工时应用大型计算机同步控制系统实现了多点整体同步提升，施工过程安全、高效.
