Zhang Caizhi' (1.China Construction Steel Structure Co.Ld.Shenzhen Guangdong 518040 China; 2.China Construction Third Engineering Burean Co.Ld.Wuhan Hubei 430064 China; 3.General Contraction Company of CCTEB Wuhan Hubei 430064 China) Abstract:The central station building of Wuhan Railway Station uses space reticulated shell roof which is constructed by sky-high in-situ installation method with large movable jig.The authors show the design of this support jigs on the condition of short construction period and special structure style.The large movable jig with 41.1m length 32.875m width 52m height and 2 740 tons weight consists of movable jig cross-lapped truss steel support columns and purlin-style truss.Dynamic and static analysis on this jig shows that load capacity deformation and stability of this jig can satisfy code requirements.
