施工技术 2014年2月上 62 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第3期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2014030062 虚拟建造在工程项目施工阶段中的 应用及其4D/5DL0D研究* 刘琰,李世蓉 (重庆大学建设管理与房地产学院,重庆400045) [摘要]工程项目建设过程具有非严格线性,同时又处于周期性和知识积累的循环机制等特性.信息、通信与 技术(ICT)的不断发展正支持建筑行业的流程改造.大型复杂和多专业交叉的工程项目可以通过应用结合虚拟建 造功能的BM技术大大提高其包括进度和成本方面的效益.将虚拟建造概念作为一项项目管理团队与施工现场 的有效沟通工具施工阶段,从L0D(多细节层次)的角度分析了当前虚拟建造的发展现状和未来趋势,以及4D/5D 的LOD应用.针对工程项目施工阶段的实际需求,本研究搭建的虚拟建造模型以WBS为核心,将三维模型、工程 成进度信息、工程成本信息有机地关联起来,来进行人工材料、机械与模型的关联,通过对4D/5D的定义,集成有 效地实现了施工阶段的项目管理.最后以成都金融城工程项目为例进行了虚拟建造案例分析. [关键词]建筑信息模型;虚拟建造;施工;材料;机械 [中图分类号]TU17 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2014)03-0062-05 Research on Virtual Construction in Construction Phase and Its 4D/5D LOD Analysis Liu Yan Li Shirong (School of Construction Management and Real Estate Chongging University Chongging 400045 China) Abstract:A building process is not a strictly linear one but a primarily cyclical one with cycle-to-cycle feedback and knowledge accumulation.The development of information and munication technologies (ICT)has supported this work process.Complex and multi-disciplinary projects can be greatly improved by the adoption of BIM bined with simulation capabilities-virtual construction.This article relates to the introduction of virtual construction in construction phase as the munication tool between stakeholders and construction site.Then it analyzes the current status of the virtual construction-the LOD (levels of detail)of the 3D model may be different from the LOD of the schedule.The author establishes a linking process based on the respective LOD of 3D model and schedule so that the linking of the two ponents together can create the 4D/5D model which automatically gives a very clear idea and overview of the construction in various stages.At last it takes Chengdu Financial City as an example to present the adoption of virtual construction in construction phase.
