施工技术 2015年3月上 50 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第44卷第5期 D0I:10.7672/sgj82015050050 诸暨大剧院全封闭悬挂式结构施工技术 韩凌,王垒,童少君 (浙江精工钢结构集团有限公司,浙江绍兴312030) [摘要]剧院内部结构,受建筑自身光学、声学、视觉等要求的影响,结构布局复杂,需要吊挂各种机电设备、灯具 等.因此,在结构设计时往往将顶部承重构件设计为桁架或巨型钢梁,通过上部承重构件将下部结构逐层吊挂. 这种结构特点给现场施工带来很大困难.根据吊挂结构设计的传力特点,详细介绍了逆向液压提升的方法,避免 了搭设高空支撑胎架,节省了施工费用,安全、高效、精确地完成了整个施工过程. Therefore during structure design stage the top load-carrying structure is always designed as truss or mega steel beam and those suspension structures are attached onto the load-carrying structure.Such structure brought great difficulties for on-site construction.This paper introduces a method of reversal hydraulic lifting based on force-transmission features of the suspension structure in detail.By this method the setting up of high support platform can be avoided which saves cost and ensures the safety high efficiency and accuracy.
