施工技术 2013年12月上 96 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第42卷第23期 D0I:10.7672/sgis2013230096 长距离水平旋喷桩加固梁山隧道L7断层试验研究* 周鑫 (东南沿海铁路福建有限责任公司,福建福州350000) [摘要]厦深铁路梁山隧道DK96495一DK96535段穿越L7深风化富水断层,为国内外罕见,经技术经济论证, 采用长距离水平旋喷桩进行超前预加固,因无40m水平旋喷经验,在此背景下进行了现场试验.通过正洞软弱带 涌泥体内及右侧迁回导坑L7断层试验,确定了水平旋喷设置方案、技术参数,并进行了工艺改进;同时在隧道 DK96495一DK96535段L7断层成功实施,取得了预期效果.实践证明,通过试验得到的水平旋喷加固技术是 成功的. Through technical and economic demonstration long distance and horizontal jet grouting pile is adopted for advance strengthening.As no experience for construction of horizontal jet grouting pile with 40m at long field tests were conducted.Through experiments of mud gushing mass in weak zone for the main tunnel as well as right detour heading setting scheme and technical parameters of the horizontal jet grouting pile were determined and performed process was improved;at the same time such process and technique were successfully implemented at fault L7 for DK96 495-DK96 535 section of the tunnel achieving expected effect.The practice shows that the reinforcement technique with th...
