1总则 1.0.1为规范建筑火灾应急避难系统的工程设计、安装和验收， 提高工程质量，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理，制定本 规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于新建、改建和扩建建筑工程的建筑火灾应 急避难系统的设计、安装和验收。
1.0.3应急避难系统的工程建设，应满足发生火灾时保障避难 人员的生命安全和应急救助需要。
1.0.4应急避难系统工程设计、安装和验收除应执行本规程外， 尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语 2.0.1建筑火灾应急避难系统buildingemergencyrefugesys tem incase of fire 火灾发生时，为确保建筑避难层（间）一定时间内相对安全 的避难环境而配备的应急避难防护设施的统称，包括设置的防 火、防烟和隔热设施，避难人员正常呼吸的新风设施和空气净化 及温湿度调节设施，人员和环境条件的监控设施，与外界联络的 通信设施及引导装置等防护设施。
简称应急避难系统。
2.0.2额定防护时间ratedprotectiontime 在规定工作条件下，应急避难系统正常工作的持续时间，单 位为小时（h）。
