1总则 1.0.1为加强地铁车站的节能运行，提高能源利用效率，降低 地铁车站的运行能耗，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于城市轨道交通地下车站空调通风系统、电 气系统、给水排水系统、监测与控制系统的节能调适和运行 维护。
1.0.3城市轨道交通地下车站机电系统的节能调适与运行维护 除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语 2.0.1峻工调试testing，adjusting and balance of installation pletion acceptance 由监理单位监督，设计单位和建设单位参与和配合，施工单 位负责完成，满足工程峻工验收要求的调试过程，包括设备单机 试运转及调试，系统非设计满负荷条件下的联合试运转及调试。
2.0.2节能调适energy-saving missioning 在峻工调试的基础上，通过对建筑设备系统的调试验证、性 能测试验证、季节性工况验证和综合效果验收，使建筑设备系统 达到预定的使用功能和能效水平，满足不同负荷工况和用户使用 需求的过程。
2.0.3季节性验证seasonalvalidation 在典型季节对空调系统的制冷能力、室内环境效果、调控性 能、系统能效进行测试和验证的过程。
