REQUIREMENTS 3.1. Upon receipt refer to T 59 for the proper protocol for conditioning the emulsified asphalt prior to mixing and testing.The emulsified asphalt should appear to be homogeneous after thorough mixing.Complete testing of sample for emulsified asphalt properties within 14 days of the sample date.Complete testing for emulsified asphalt residue properties within 30 days of the emulsified asphalt sample date.
