1总则 1.0.1为规范预应力混凝土空心板的工程应用，做到安全适用、 技术先进、经济合理、确保质量，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于抗震设防烈度不高于8度的一般工业与民 用建筑楼盖中预应力混凝土空心板的设计、生产、运输、施工及 验收。
处于侵蚀环境，板表面温度高于100℃、有生产热源使板 表面温度经常高于60℃，或直接承受动力荷载时，应按国家现 行有关标准的规定专门进行设计。
1.0.3预应力混凝土空心板的设计、生产、运输、施工及验收 除应符合本规程规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国 工程建设标准化协会有关标准的规定。
