NotificationoftheMinistryofHousingand Urban-RuralDevelopmentofthePeople's RepublicofChina No.622 Notification of Ministryof Housing and Urban-RuralDevelopmenton Publishing theNationalStandardCodefor designof coolingfor industrialrecirculatingwater Code for design of cooling for industrial recirculating water has been approved as a national standard with a serial number of GB/T 50102-2014 and will be implemented from August 1 2015. The former national standard GB/T 50102-2003 Code for design of cooling for industrial recirculating water shall be abolished simultaneously. Authorized by the Research Institute of Standards and Norms of the Ministry of Housing and distributed by China Planning Press. the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China December 2 2014
Foreword English translation the Chinese original shall be considered authoritative. In accordance with Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan on Engineering Construction Standards and Codes in 2012 (Jian Biao [2012] No. 5) of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development this code is revised by Northeast Electric Power Design Institute Co. Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group together with relevant units after widely soliciting opinions by extensive investigation and research earnestly summarizing practicalexperience and drawing the latest research achievements and by reference to relevant international and foreign advanced standards. This code is technically revised as follows: 1. The design of super large-scale cooling tower seawater cooling tower and flue gas discharged cooling tower is added; 2. The content of open cooling tower is deleted; 3. Some data in the original article are modified according to the results of scientific research and practice in recent years; 4. The explanations are added or modified depending on the articles which have been added and revised accordingly. Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in charge of the administration of this code China Electricity Council is responsible for the routine management and Northeast responsible for the explanation of specific technical contents. During the process of implementing this code any ments or suggestions whenever necessary may be passed or posted to Northeast Electric Power Design Institute Co. Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group (Address: No.4368 Renmin Street Changchun Ji Lin 130021 China) for reference in future revision.
