1总则 1.0.1为规范老旧房屋结构安全监测工作，及时准确识别房屋 结构状态改变，提升房屋安全风险发现与处置能力，制定本 标准。
1.0.2本标准适用于低层多层老旧房屋结构安全监测。
1.0.3老旧房屋结构安全监测除应符合本标准的规定外，尚应 符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语与参考标准 2.1术语 2.1.1老旧房屋ageing-buildings 实际使用年限已满设计使用年限2/3的房屋；当设计使用年 限无法追溯时，为实际使用年限已满30年的房屋。
2.1.2房屋安全监测safety monitoring ofbuildings 通过多次、连续观察或量测，及时准确识别房屋结构状态改 变，并为房屋安全管理措施提供技术依据的活动。
2.1.3自动化监测automaticmonitoring 借助由传感器等各类监测设备组成的软件及硬件集成系统， 实现数据自动采集、传输、管理、分析的房屋安全监测工作。
2.1.4人工监测manual monitoring 工作人员在房屋现场通过操作仪器设备、目测或调查等方 式，获取数据或相关信息的房屋安全监测工作。
2.1.5监测点monitoringpoint 在被监测房屋上选定的能反映或代表其结构安全变化特征的 部位。
2.1.6监测频率monitoring frequency 一定时间内对监测点实施观测的次数。
2.1.7周边环境surroundingenvironment 在房屋使用阶段，周围一定范围内可能对房屋安全产生影响 的设施、管线、道路、岩土体及水系、既有建（构）筑物的 统称。
