山西科城能源环境创新研究院 山西科城能源环境创新研究院（以下简称“科城”）成立于2017年，是一家独立的非营利绿色发展研 究机构和协同创新平台，联合国气候变化框架公约观察员机构.
自成立以来，科城围绕低碳与能源 清洁化、废物资源化与无害化、生态环境保护和修复、绿色产业创新、环境社会治理等方面从战路研究、 政策支持、技术建议、能力建设等角度为政府、企业和公众提供绿色低碳转型解决方案.

山西科城能源环境创新研究院 前言 “山河晋谣”传播计划一山西省绿色低碳传播能力提升项目是由能源基金会资助，山西省生态环境 厅指导，山西科城能源环境创新研究院负责执行的传播能力提升项目.
该项目重点面向山西省气 候传播主体，通过开展能力提升培训、传播实践活动，产出特色议题传播工具包和山西低碳转型 故事，加强山西省气候传播主体的传播能力和效果，最终形成一支传播山西低碳转型故事的尖兵 力量.
为了帮助传播主体了解山西的特色气候传播议题，开展有效传播，项目组围绕重点行业企业减 污降碳”和“气候变化下文化遗产保护利用”两个特色议题，编制了传播工具包，旨在帮助传播 者了解议题的传播现状、受众的认知和行动情况和传播策略及重点，并提供相应的参考资料，为 议题传播提供实操性的指导.
